 What's the Difference Between Filters?

Active H.E.P.A. Filter
Vacuuming can be a nightmare for people who suffer from dust allergies, as tiny particles of dust such as dust mite feces and pollen can be disturbed and remain airborne for hours, exacerbating conditions such as bronchial asthma and rhinitis.

The Active H.E.P.A. (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filter traps 99.9% of particles down to a 0.3 of a micron (only 1/200 the width of a strand of human hair). This helps create a comfortable environment for allergy sufferers. It also has the advantages of a charcoal filter and has a life of 50 hours of 12 months of use.

Active Air Clean Filter
This combines the Super Air Clean Filter with an active charcoal cassette which absorbs odors from the dust bag -- especially useful if you have pets. This filter retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and has a life of 50 hours or 12 months.

Super Air Clean Filter
The Super Air Clean Filter is designed for normal use and is made of multi-ply material which is electrostatically charged to retain the dust particles. It retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and 94% of particles down to a 0.3 of a micron. This filter last as long as 5 dust bags and is included free of charge with each box of bags.
