 
In 1981,
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. started manufacturing vacuum
cleaners. Since their start, Samsung has worked hard to
determine which features in the vacuum were the most important
to user. They created a vacuum survey and studied
the results. The top three complaints were:
- Too much noise / Too loud
- Not easy to use
- Weak suction power
In response to the survey, Samsung spent two years
and $1.2 million to create the world's quietest vacuum
cleaner with the highest performance motor.
