Standard Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and ship out within 24 hours. Order submitted on business days by 2:00PM EST are processed that day. Orders placed after 2:00PM, on the weekends, or on a holiday are processed the next business day. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately. Most all orders are shipped via UPS.
Miele Free 2 Day Express Shipping Details
If you order one or more Miele machines that total over $550.00, we will send the order via two day express shipping free of charge. Any Miele orders for machines under that amount will be sent via three day express shipping free of charge. This does not apply to orders for parts and/or bags. This offer is good within the continental United States. If your order is outside the continental United States, we will contact you with the shipping charges and they will be added to your invoice upon acceptance. Shipping Cost
The cost for shipping your order will be determined by the total weight, the destination, and the delivery option you select. When you go to the checkout section, the delivery charge will be calculated and will display there.
Large Equipment
Some large equipment will have a flat rate, or will need to be quoted. If you are purchasing a large piece of equipment, and there is no shipping rate listed, please contact customer service via email us or call our toll free number (877) 500-5464 and one of our Cleaning Specialists will be able to give you a freight rate.
